About the Author

Shaykh Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd Allah ibn Baz (1330–1420 AH / 1910–1999 CE) was born in Riyadh and lost his sight in his youth. He served as head of the Islamic University of Madinah and later as Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars.
