I have tried purchasing the same set of books from Amazon and another online bookstore, but had a problem with both (first one got lost in transit and second one only 2nd volume was delivered). I do not typically take from Ibn Uthaymeen but he is on point in his views of tawheed al Asma wa Sifat like previous books from our shuyookh reading with a commentary is better than reading the original as it could be confusing to new learners esp those without knowledge in Arabic. Must have for every Muslim as today many ppl hold jahmi aqeedah and some ghulat go into extremes by making takfir of every single laymen that may hold misguided jahmi/ashari views,sheikh ibn taymiyyah RH presents the balanced view of ahlus sunnah

With all the fitnah going around today this is a must read for those in search of the true aqeedah of the salaf and our prophets (alayhi salam) good for those who prefer books over lectures, straightforward, and overall better to read this than the original from sheikh MIAW without the commentary as it could be vague for beginners and possibly lead to extremism for those who read it without a supplement
We know Aqeedah is the most important science to be studied and understood. We also advise our readers to benefit from the commentaries with these books and not feel intimidated. Jazaka Allah khair for your feedback.

Alhamdulillah the quality and content of this book is very good every Muslim man and woman can take from this book an example of what it means to be a follower of Islam and dealing with hardships regarding your deen. I know this isn’t the sellers fault but Sumayyah RA the first martyr of Islam,definitely deserved a place in this book so I’m kinda disappointed she didn’t make it ☹️💔

But she is in Book two of 'Ranks of The Elite By Ibn al-Jawzi,' which you can find in our store along with book one. I recently purchased this great work from The Islamic Book Cafe and I loved it. Many books and articles have been written on the subject of Hadith sciences, the special status its scholars occupy and the nobility of those who adhere to the way of Prophet Muhammad and the scholarly reports regarding them. I have read many such works on the topic but this book is among the finest in this field in the way it's arranged and the ease with which one can grasp the content. Imam Al-Khatab recounts Prophetic narrations, statements of the Muhaddithin and renown scholars of the past, by way of his own chain of transmissions, and this is something rarely found in other books. I highly recommend the book.
