Walked Through This Path Thousands Of Years Ago

Don't be afraid of of this world. There's nothing to be afraid of. We’ve walked through this path thousands of years ago.

“Islam began as something strange and will revert to being strange as it began, so give glad tidings to the strangers.”
We are in a time as we were in the past where we represent a whole nation of people. Tokenism? YES!! Women represented by the cloth that we wear, it's a symbolization of what we believe. Mens names give out the first distinction of the religion he belongs to. We cannot allow hate, racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia to change who we are as people. We've walked through this path thousands of years ago.

Women who cover become as a representation and a responsibility to represent a whole religion Al-Islam to the fullest that we can. Men are disgusted between the cloth that they were, the names they are given and their distinct look. Both are to represent a “Peaceful” Islam and are apologize for things that that they have no control over. We come as people of power. Unafraid. Unapologetic. Undefeated. We come as people who will bring the world together. A long battle to run. Long days and nights, but we have the strength within ourselves to know that we are put in this position because we have that power to influence. To look bigger and beyond why things are happening to us, but to ask ourselves why has Allah chooses me, as he has chosen others before me. We've walked through this path thousands of years ago. How will I fulfill the duties that prescribed for me.

Remember three things when fulfilling your prescribed duties and leadership:

Three things are part of the good morals of a believer. When he is overcome by anger, his anger should not drive him to falsehood. When he is happy, his happiness should not take him beyond the bounds of what is right. When he has power, he should not stake a claim to something which is not his.

Whosoever of you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart, for that is the minimum that is desirable from a believer.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “The dearest and nearest among you to me on the Day of Resurrection will be one who is the best of you in manners; and the most abhorrent among you to me and the farthest of you from me will be the pompous, the garrulous, and Al-Mutafaihiqun.” The Companions asked him: “O Messenger of Allah! We know about the pompous and the garrulous, but we do not know who Al-Mutafaihiqun are.” He replied: “The arrogant people.”

Learn from the past. Learn from Umar. We've walked through this path thousands of years ago.

If you want to know how to build a working and functioning society you must learn from Umar. Umar built the foundation of mutual consultation.  He developed structure for both Muslim and Non Muslims to live together with all rights to the people. You will read in the book that any country that Umar had his hands in is a striving Muslim country today. The foundation he built lasted through the test of time.
